It’s actually really hard to find anyone who has anything bad to say about the Hoover Steamvac! Anyone who has owned the unit tends to give it top notch reviews and even the reviewers who do have any criticisms are still quite quick to say that overall this is one of the best steam cleaners available today.
Hoover has a great reputation in this area so I guess it’s no surprise that their top model should receive such great reviews but let’s take a quick look at some of the minor problems anyways.
One thing you should know is that while the manufacturers’ description states that this unit does clean bare floors, it is not very clear about the fact that you do need to purchase a separate attachment. One reviewer was rather upset about this fact because they were having a hard time finding the unit but was relieved when someone else showed them where it could be found on the manufacturers website.
Another minor complaint about the Hoover is that it is slightly louder than its predecessor however the reviewer was quick to point out that this unit actually operates and cleans better than the old one!
Any warranty issues that have been mentioned have all been pleasant experiences with many reviewers coming back to update their reviews with how great the whole experience was. When purchasing items such as these there is always a small possibility for a manufacturers defect and it’s always good to know that the company you are dealing with is quick, courteous and reliable. Hoover seems to fall into these
categories.
Many people who now own this unit have owned previous Hoovers in the past and brand loyalty seems to be very good amongst Hoover owners which is also a very good sign.
